Compliance
The main content of "Compliance" is the adherence of the basic legal regulations and laws which an international company has to respect. The Code of Business Ethics provides the KWS Group with obligatory directives for the observance of those values which KWS admitted in the Corporate Principles ("High-Profile Development: Corporate Principles") in 2001.
In addition to the Code of Business Ethics, KWS informs all employees about their duties and responsibilities by detailed guidelines such as Anti-Corruption Guidelines and Anti-Trust Guidelines.
The adherence of this set of regulations will be audited regularly. Apart from that, KWS employees have the possibility to raise questions and compliance concerns to an external Compliance Hotline.
